A long-standing member of the Cheshire 100 Supporters’ Club, Rob is the Managing Director of Sherrington Associates, a B Corp-certified executive search firm that emphasises the importance of sustainable leadership.

Through his introductions alone, they have received over £35,000 in donations from new supporters, contributing directly to the foundation’s ability to expand its charitable reach and fund more local projects. His firm has also demonstrated tangible support through donations, volunteering, and fundraising efforts. In the last financial year, Sherrington Associates donated £6,000 to good causes, further enhancing their reputation as a business with a genuine commitment to philanthropy. Rob and his team have also actively participated in various local initiatives, including serving on boards and contributing their time to charitable causes such as Cheshire Connect, Active Cheshire and Koala North-West.
