Cheshire Community Foundation has held its second hugely successful ‘Seeing is Believing’ tour.

The focus this year was on visiting the four projects which have received funding via the Young Minds Matter Programme, which was created by and is managed by CCF.

So far, over £200,000 in grants have been awarded to the four projects.

During the ‘Seeing is Believing’ Tour, a mix of donors and supporters of CCF were able to meet and hear from representatives of the four initiatives – Pure Insight, Just Drop In, Visyon and Cheshire Without Abuse.

The final stop was at the offices of Radius Payment Solutions in Crewe, run by CEO Bill Holmes, a long-time friend of CCF.

Guests were able to hear from the inspirational Alex Staniforth talking about his experiences of mental health and the phenomenal fundraising he has done during the past few years including Everest expeditions and last year’s successful climb of the highest peak in all 100 counties of the UK.
