Cheshire Community Foundation is part of the network of Community Foundations distributing the Arts Council England Let’s Create Jubilee Fund.

This £5 million national programme  supports community and voluntary organisations in England to develop creative and cultural activities as part of Her Majesty The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations in June 2022.

The amount of funding for groups applying in Cheshire and Warrington will be £64,000.

Applicants can apply for grants, from £750 up to £10,000, and are encouraged to partner with established artists, creatives and cultural organisations to develop their activities. This will ensure that The Queen’s Platinum Jubilee celebrations give people throughout England the chance to experience the best of the country’s culture while also celebrating an important milestone in our national history. The programme is made possible with funding from the National Lottery, whose players raise £30 million for good causes every week.

Applications for Cheshire and Warrington based organisations can be made between  4 January 2022 and  Midnight 28/02/22.  All applicants will have a funding decision by Friday 1st April 2022.

Please do read the Programme Guide for Applying Groups in full. Please note that Arts Council National Portfolio Organisations are not eligible to be lead applicants on applications to this programme but may be involved as partners with local community groups.
