Grants
Cheshire Community Foundation was established in 2011 to address need in what has traditionally been perceived as one of the wealthier areas of the Northwest. The reality for many, however, is very different.

The youngest of 46 community foundations in the UK, roughly based on county boundaries, we raise funds to support hundreds of amazing small charities and voluntary groups across the whole of Cheshire and Warrington. We connect people and companies who would like to make a difference with those most in need of help.

Since 2012, CCF has awarded over £11.5 million in grants to strengthen our local communities, supporting more than 1,451 local, grass-root organisations.

How We Help

We offer expert advice and support to all types of donors, helping people and organisations to invest in local communities where funding is most needed and where it will have the most impact.

Our in depth understanding of the local area, the priority needs and how best to address them, means we are able to assist our donors to fund causes that they are not only passionate about but that will make the most difference.

Our aim is to tackle poverty, disadvantage and inequality, helping to build stronger, fairer, happier and more resilient communities across Cheshire and Warrington.
