Local Estate Agent Commits to Giving Back with Every Home Sold
We are delighted to announce a new partnership with New Adventure Homes, a family run estate agency rooted in our local community.
Founded and run by Amir Naeeni, New Adventure Homes has pledged to donate a minimum of £250 from every completed property sale to Cheshire Community Foundation throughout 2026.
This commitment goes beyond a one off donation. Amir was keen to create a partnership that is meaningful transparent and embedded into the everyday running of his business so that giving back is a core part of how New Adventure Homes operates.
Amir was moved to get in touch after learning that a family friend was having to rely on a food bank. This brought home the reality that many children and families across Cheshire are facing increasing hardship often closer to home than we realise.
Through this partnership funds raised will help us support children and families across Cheshire strengthening vital community projects that provide practical help, opportunity and hope where it is needed most.
