Place-Based Funds

Place-based funds are group funds for a specific geography, where corporate and individual donors can pool resources to achieve a greater impact. It’s a wonderful way to begin giving through CCF if you have a connection to a specific town or area.

We research the needs in the geography, to ensure our grants programme targets the highest priorities for the community. So by donating into the place based fund, you can be sure you’re part of a considered strategy for positive change on your doorstep.

Minimum donation amounts are accessible, and you will receive updates on the progress of your funded projects annually.
